Welcome Message

Welcome to the ECRT home page.  The Emergency Communications Response Team (ECRT) is a dedicated group of volunteers who work under the direction of the City of Peoria Office of Emergency Management and focus on emergency and disaster communications.  The team specifically focuses on the ability to augment the existing public safety communications systems during events which may overwhelm or hinder the existing system.  To date this area has been fortunate to not experienced such an event, however proactive planning and preparation is always important.
